Why are propaganda film made in Korea?
Korean rookie actors hope to appear in short films or art films to gain acting experience. In Korea, art films and commercial films are divided into markets. If the commercial film market is major, the art film market is minor. Most of the short films of less than 30 minutes are mainstream, and production companies that have not received investment or support from investors or movie distributors enter the art film industry.
