Today, I will introduce one of the franchise Korean restaurant in Korea. The name of the restaurant is 'Baekchae Kimchi Jjigae', '백채 김치찌개' in Korean, and the main dish is Kimchi Jjigae. The taste of kimchi Jjigae here is excellent. If you like kimchi Jjigae with pork, you should try to the restaurant.

Few Korean restaurant have catch phrase written on the wall. I found it here luckily.

"고기를 아끼면 우리는 망한다." In English, "If we give our customers a little bit of meat. our store will go down." That means "we're going to give our customers a lot of pork that goes into Kimchi Jjigae."

I looked at the catchphrase and thought, "They value quantity rather than taste." But it wasn't. Both quantity and taste were excellent. So I would to let you know how to order and enjoy the meal.

Seaweed and rice are refilled for free. When the kimchi Jjigae and rice are served to your table by the waiter, try putting seaweed powder on the rice. The ingredients for Kimchi Jjigae are Kimchi, green onions, tofu and a lump of pork. The tool for cutting pork is scissors, and it is on the table. Cut it into bite-size pieces.

Try putting the hot stew soup and ingredients on the top of rice to cool them down. Use a spoon and chopsticks and you can ask the waiter for a folk if uncomfortable.
