Is the Ttukbaegi Bulgogi delicious at a restaurant specializing in Gamjatang? I don't know if there is such a restaurant in America. It is in Korea. I visited one of those restaurant a couple of days ago. I tried Ttukbaegi Bulgogi at a restaurant specializing in Gamjatang. I wondered what the taste of Ttukbaegi Bulgogi at a restaurant specializing in Gamjatang would be like. The name of the restaurant is 'Cheong giwa Gamjatang', operates 24 hours and the franchise restaurant.

I took off my shoes and went in, sat down at an empty table and ordered food. Free refillable side dishes are displayed in the place where the word '셀프바(Self Bar)' is written around the waitress stands. The main menu is 감자탕(Gamjatang), 생삼겹살(Samgyeopsal), and 두루치기(Duruchigi), which can be ordered by two or more people, and all other menus are for one serving.

The restroom is inside the restaurant and you can use the public wireless wifi. When ordering food at a Korean restaurant, water is provided for free. The brand logo is painted on the wall behind the cashier. 

'추가반찬은 셀프 입니다(맘껏 드시고 남기지 말아주세요)' means 'additional side dishes are self-service. (Don't leave any food, You should clean and finish your plate)'

Ttukbaegi Bulgogi and side dishes 

These side dishes were the same as the side dishes of Gamjatang ordered by other person. I was disappointed that the side dishes of Gamjatang dishes and Ttukbaegi Bulgogi were all the same. This restaurant provided me with side dishes that went well with Gamjatang. 

• 쌈장(ssamjang) *Try dipping onion, carrot, and pepper in ssamjang and enjoy.
• 김치(kimchi) 
• 양파(yangpa) Onions, 당근(dang-geun) carrots, 고추(gochu) peppers 

There was a lot of fat in the meat, so the texture was not good. Also, there wasn't much lean meat. As expected, the taste of Ttukbaegi Bulgogi at a restaurant that specializes in Gamjatang was not good. The ingredients included bulgogi, julienne onions, a few of rice cakes, and mushrooms. 

I hope that If you want to eat your favorite Korean food, go to a restaurant that specializes in cooking your favorite menu and It will be your best choice. of course, going to this restaurant to eat Gamjatang can be a good option.
